Docking Lines Expected to Begin Disappearing in Spring 2009

Toronto, ON, Canada – January 23, 2009- Knight Corporation announced today that it will begin distributing it’s award winning & patented line of retractable docking line systems marketed under the trademark, linedudes®, as an aftermarket accessory item to retailers, online sites and a selected network of installing dealers across the United States beginning March 2009.

Linedudes® retractable docking line systems eliminate the need for boat owners to coil or stow their lines away when they leave the dock. The patented spring-action system retracts the lines below deck and out of the way until they are needed again, making them virtually disappear. Unlike previous products of this nature, linedudes® require no power, are inexpensive and meets or exceed all ABYC standards for permanent mooring.

Knight Corporation’s first two generations of linedudes® were designed for the Personal Watercraft and pontoon boat market. However in November 2008 the company debuted it’s heavy duty stainless steel “C Series” models at the Cobalt Boats annual dealers meeting to rave reviews. The “C Series” linedudes® are available in three different sizes and are suitable for boats of all types from 12’- 50’.

Linedudes® will be featured in the Marine Max booth on the new Sea Ray 230 Sundeck at the Miami Boat show from February 12th – 16th.
